Objetivo:
-to discover cultural specifities in the Europe previously shrouded behind the iron curtain;
-to roam  culturally across an unexplored swathe of Central and Balcanic Europe;
-to better understand completeness of culture, European cultures; the relationship in between culture, society and the individual.

Programa do curso:
​​​​​​1. Differences and cultural interferences in former Yugoslavia. Cultural universals. Cultural adaptability. Evaluation of cultural differences: ethnocentrism and relativism.
2. Cultural interferences between Central Europe and Balkans. The study of complex societies. The  expansion of practical applications of anthropology.
3. Eastern European features in cultural heritage. Spatial boundaries of the cultural system. Individual cultural survival of some European nations.​​​​​​​
